To reserve a puppy a $300 nonrefundable deposit is required. Non refundable if you change your mind refundable if something changes on my part. Deposits can be transferred to a later date or different litter. Puppies go home at 8 weeks of age. I do accept early deposits before a litter is born and those puppies are picked first in order of deposit.  Puppies are health checked by our vet and will be up to date on all vaccinations, dewormed, tails docked, and dew claws removed.  Our puppies will be socialized from birth, we start potty training to a pellet crate and outside, we have several grandkids so they will be used to being with kids and of course other dogs. I personally work with puppies to make sure they are adjusted to noises, are used to being handled, touched a lot, loved on! We built a whelping building in 2023 which I call the "Schnauzer Palace" that our puppies are raised in which gives them the feeling of being in a home with all the smells and lots of noises.  We can assure you we are raising happy, healthy, well socialized puppies who will be ready for you arms on pick up day!
